Rebels lose one of our own


On Monday the 17th of March 2014, Rebels baseballer and legend Ken McInnis passed away.

The Rebels Baseball Club would like extend our thoughts and prayers to Ken's family at this difficult time.

A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Wednesday the 26th of March at Norwood Park Crematorium,
65 Sandford St, Mitchell, at 1.30pm

The Rebels Baseball Club invites everyone from 5 years of age to share the fun of baseball in 2013.


Season: October 2013 – April 2014

Nth Curtin Diamond, Cnr Dunstan and McCulloch Streets, Curtin


Training: At the Rebels’ home field, North Curtin Oval,Cnr of Dunstan and McCulloch Streets, Nth Curtin.

     Seniors: Tuesday and Thursday commencing 1 October 2013.

     Juniors: Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm – 7:00pm for U12, U14 and U16 from 14th October Wednesday’s 5:30pm – 6:30pm for U8 Aussie T-Ball and U10 from 16th October

Junior Presentation 2013/14

Our Junior Club says goodbye to another successful season. This season saw Rebels Juniors field an amazing 14 teams in the competition. Our perpetual awards this year were awarded to: Sam Patton - Pat Jordan Memorial Trophy, Patrick Bentley - Chris Routledge Memorial Trophy, and Ray Wright - the Chanez Family Award. Congratulations to all our worthy recipients.

Rebels Win Ambassadors Cup

Rebels Baseball Club are again the holders of the US Ambassador's Cup. With an increase in U8 and U10 players of 50% The Rebels Juniors romped away with the Cup. Our junior players had a great morning with the US Ambassador, John Berry presenting the cup and Tom Nicholson from Major League Baseball assisting with the players medals.

Santa Comes to Nth Curtin

A rare early visit by Santa to Nth Curtin Diamond for the Rebels Junior Xmas function. A trim looking Santa was escorted by the RFS, Rural Fire Sleigh.
